Maison's Village II Eligibility Requirements

Thank you for your interest in making Maison's Village your new home. Before we tour the community, we want to share some important details regarding our affordable housing guidelines.

Determine Your Rental Rate Based on Income Tier

Identify your applicable rental rate: Begin by locating your household size in the chart below. Be sure to include all individuals in your household, including minors under the age of 18.

Next, within your household size row, find the annual income figure that is closest to but still greater than your household's gross annual income. The percentage listed at the top of that column represents your Income Tier.

Once your Tier is identified, refer to the Rental Rate Range Chart above to determine the corresponding rental rate for your desired floor plan.

    Qualification Guidelines:

    • Minimum income required to qualify is 2.5 times the monthly rental rate.
    • Maximum income thresholds for each Tier are listed in the chart below. Households earning above the 70% Tier maximum for their size do not meet income eligibility requirements.
    • For higher AMI tiers, applicants must earn more than the income limits of all lower tiers, but not exceed the maximum income cap for their household size.
